If you wish to return an unwanted item, please contact us via email at sales@playonpurpose.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
To process your return:

- We will arrange a courier collection from your address.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and ready for courier collection.
- Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refund process:

- Courier costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
If you prefer to use your own courier service, please contact us to obtain the return address. Once booked, please email us the waybill number for tracking purposes.
